Currently we are retracing SW1=5400-5202 as SW2, a 3 wave.
So far this SW2 has done
A=5202-5326=124(As a 5 wave form), thereby confirming a zig-zag form for SW2.
A=5202-5326=124(As a 5 wave form), thereby confirming a zig-zag form for SW2.
B=5326--- downwards in progress can retrace max 80% of A.
So maximum down target for current B= 99=5225
And then C to the up would start, ideally doing C=A=124
And then C to the up would start, ideally doing C=A=124
Thus for today a swing between 5225 and 5349 is most expected.
I could have tried to take a microscopic view of
B=5326 downwards but decided against it as going to such a small degree would not be very useful .
Best of luck for today's trades.

ReplyDeleteraghuji,
ReplyDeleteur today's analysis was excellent too.
i have a question which has caused me confusion for months now and it wud be very kind of u to answer.
i have attached an image showing a corrective above. here wave a is flat, wave b zigzag and wave c a 5 wave down. it appears to be a complex corrective. where wxy labelled as abc am i wrong??
now what i have read is that when corrective becomes complex other than flat,zigzag triangle we label as wxy, each of which is a corrective. am i wrong.
here in above image a complex corrective is shown with c as impulse. how can this be possible. where am i erring? or its wrong in this book??
pls pls resolve
Piyush bhai,
ReplyDeletesorry for delayed answer(was doing Bhangra at my niece pre-wedding party HHH).
ABC is a Regular Flat(3*3*5).
A as a 3 wave form is a Regular Flat in itself.
B as a 3 wave form is a zig-zag.
C is a 5 wave form.
And I understand your question. It shows , and I am saying it explicitly, the confusion that prevails when a Corrective is in play.Even in the figure illustrated by you this C can continue to play out a zig-zag and then it would become a perfect WXY with W becoming a Flat,X becoming a zig zag and Y becoming a zig-zag again.
And this is the reason that I play each wave seperately and donot go for Out of Money Options as the anticipated ABC can turn into a WXY and the Motive expected can get delayed--
So as an answer to your query, any Flat ABC can choose to convert itself into a WXY depending whether or not the last wave of a corrective is a five wave(as in your illustration) or a three wave (as your illustration might continue to fan out). So one's fingers have to always remain crossed while tracking a Corrective.It is the biggest shortcoming in predictive usage of a Corrective.
thank u raghuji,
ReplyDeleteplease let me put what u have said in my words.
this can be labelled as wxy with w as flat, x zigzag, y as 5 wave. its frm pretcher pg 65-66.and correction ends at 5 wave c as shown.
one ew expert few months advised me it cant be because
1) x wave is corrective, usually a zigzag connecting 2 correctives . here its connecting corrective and impulse.
even in my reading of correctives in pretcher i figured out what he has written abt corrections. he has shown that it can take form of a flat,triangle or zigzag. when it extends its flat+ triangle+zigzag. out of 9 possible combination he has listed 5 or 6 that has been observed and that occur.
nowhere he has given this type of correction as in what i uploaded.
is my understanding correct guruji??
